Field of Champions and its instructors are excited to announce its second season of Skills Sessions available to all Little League Softball players! On Saturdays through January and February your child is invited to learn and develop their pitching, catching, throwing, fielding and hitting skills. Take advantage of this opportunity to prepare for evaluations, the season and to enjoy the game of softball!

Pitching Sessions
12:30 - 1:30pm - 0-3 yrs. pitching experience
2pm - 3pm - 3+ yrs. pitching experience

Pitchers can expect to learn:
- Proper pitching mechanics -
- Injury Prevention -
- How to maintain control in the strike zone -
- Drills to increase velocity -
*Must provide your own catcher
In our all-skills sessions, players will learn:
- Proper throwing mechanics -
- Infield and outfield footwork/glovework -
- Baserunning -
- Hitting fundamentals -
- Basic situational strategies, i.e. force vs. tag outs, tagging up, balls/strikes -
Attending 1 session automatically enters you to win a number of items - including cage time at FOC, lessons from FOC fastpitch instructors, batting gloves and much more. The more sessions you attend, the more chances you have to win!
